I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in the state of Colorado (LCSW,) and I am doing telehealth only with all clients at this time.

Therapeutic Approaches

I offer a wide variety of therapeutic methods and will work with you to find the path that best suits your needs. Here are a few examples of methodologies that I use regularly.

    Perinatal Mental Health

    1 in 5 birth givers in the US experience perinatal mood and anxiety disorders, and 1 in 10 fathers experience depression after the birth. Trying to become parents and parenthood can bring up feelings of shame, anxiety, postpartum depression, difficulties in relationships, or even spark past trauma. This is for both moms and dads.

  • EMDR Therapy

    If you are struggling with traumatic memories from the past, and other “stuck” experiences, Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) therapy could help you to process distressing or traumatic life experiences and the effect they have on your life.

  • DBT

    Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) is a modified type of cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT). Its main goals are to teach people how to live in the moment, develop healthy ways to cope with stress, regulate their emotions, and improve their relationships with others.
